Gold Coast City is identified as Australia's major tourist region. There is a long strip of coastline along with the city which had been heavily developed. This City gains combination of lower cost, diverse workforce, solid infrastructure and supportive business environment. By the statement of , the City is home to more than 43,000small business across broad number of industries. And growing number of international companies are expanding operation to the City. In addition, local government also launch programs, such as Investment Attraction Program, which return two new job and more than 05,000 a day to local economy. With its natural attractions, like local subtropical climate, long clean beaches, and pacific surfs, and man-made attractions include three Australia's largest theme parks and innovative tours, Gold Coast City attracts not only significant domestic visitors, but also numerous numbers of international tourists. Its attraction to tourism and investment are identified as strongest strength of the City by Boniface& Cooper (2004). According to the announcement of Tourism Minister Mr Lawlor, Gold Coast's natural and man-made attractions bring approximately 28,000 international and domestic visitors every day. At the mean time, Baildon (2002) point out that Tourism is the single largest generator of current economic activity and jobs in the city and is the focus of major investment activity, involving development and redevelopment. By the end of last year, the visitors contributed more than 2.4 billion to the Gold Coast's gross regional product, and it immediate impetuses to the growth of various related industries such as manufacturing, finance, insurance, ownership of dwelling, property and business service, etc.
