Unifi is one of the Tm new products which are also known as high speed broadband since its offer 5mbps to 20mbps speed for the resident and business. While the price is also reasonable for the consumer itself. It's only cost rm149 until rm249 depending on the package. Unifi also offer other plan such as TV channel which is called HPPTV, they also come with the decoder. Other than that, consumer will also receive a guard shield plus , 2gb e-storage and game shield .Not only that consumer will enjoy the free call package Tm to Tm fixed number and 10cent per minute make calls from Tm fixed line to any mobile number such as Maxis, Celcom and etc. Unifi installation will take within 7 to 14 working days. The installation are free for the time being and consumer will receive more than rm1000 free equipment such as wifi router ,cordless phone, TV decoder and many more.

In addition, this high speed broadband is using new cabling which is known as FIBRE OPTIC cable. It's more flexible than older cabling because customer can still enjoy faster internet even the weather is not good and if there is lighting they will not face any corruption with the modem given.

Unfortunately, UNIFI have not fully covered yet especially in Bandar Baru Bangi area since the external wiring still in progress. Telekom Malaysia said that maybe by the end year UNIFI will cover all area in Malaysia. Plus, due to attract people there will always have a new promotion regarding this new product. Besides that, there still have a contract which is for 2years, once subscribe the customer cannot simply terminate it or else they will face the penalty fees rm500. Last but not least, from the feedback given there is not much problem with the UNIFI. This new innovation product from Tm helps many people regarding their internet activity.
