* Political bis between the Troy and Greece , between the king and Achilles, and between Achilles and himself. Between the g-ds and humans. Political bis within troy and within Greece . council-kings-prophets-princes all debating nd arguing about what troy will do against Greece, same with Greece against troy

What is the film makers agenda in making this film?

* The film makers agenda inthis movie is to portay an accurate entertaining visual reinterpritation of Homers Iliad as correctly as he can.

* Another agenda is to portray how crued war can be how unnessasry and destructive it could be. how greed can lead to death. You see unfathomable vast armies of soldiers risking their lives for their country. And you hear from even the ruler of ithica odysseus that, now that Helen is out of the picture because ur brothers dead what are we fighting for. We cannot fight because of your greed.

What is he trying to communicate about life and the human condition in this historical film?

* human conditions- life of a soldier isn't long, cleansing is used throught the film but to an extent. U see brad pit Achilles use a wash cloth to rinse off the blood. Many historical films would just have blood uncivil war scences like gladiator for instance u see marcus the general of rome and all the other soldiers in the first sccne dirty for days and don't wash after the war is done till they return home to rome. They drink after the war schene in dirty clothes. Living conditions in greek mythological times was advanced.

Are there any stereotypes of religious groups, ethnic minorities, etc. in this film?

* The stereotypes of a religious group would be the greeks and Trojans believing in the greek g-ds. They worship them and believe on in prophets to decide the outcomes of war.

Are they positive or damaging stereotypes? Explain your answer thoroughly.

* I would say they are positive stereotypes because it gives the people something to believe in while fighting for their lives.
