1. The Mission Statement

The mission of S Foods Sdn. Bhd. is to be the leader in supplying delicious and high quality instant foods.

2. Executive Summary

S Foods features a wide range of delicious instant pastes and sauces which are used to prepare delicious meals. Traditional Asian cuisines will be the main specialty and Simple Foods will cater to the market where there is high demand of instant traditional pastes.

-Strengths and Weaknesses

Management believes that the strength of S Foods is found in the high quality ingredients used to prepare the pastes. The ease of using a paste to prepare a simple meal which used to take hours of preparation can now be done under 20mins. Simple Foods provides a whole range of traditional Asian and Malaysian pastes such as Asam Pedas, Rendang and Ayam masak merah. Simple Foods will keep on creating new pastes and also include other popular Asian pastes such as Tom Yom Kung, Green Curry, Japanese Curry, etc. The whole concept is to offer consumers variety of instant pastes so as to simplify the time and efforts required to prepare a delicious meal.

Main weakness will be the lack of brand recognition as is common with most start up businesses. The young management may also face challenges in convincing a suitable 3rd party manufacturer.

-Legal Structure

It will be a registered company (SDN BHD) under Malaysia Law.

It will cost RM2,500 - RM3,000 to set up a SDN BHD.

-Business Description

S Foods will market and sell a whole range of delicious instants pastes and sauces which are used to prepare delicious meals. It will use high quality ingredients to create delicious and unique pastes. As a start, Asian traditional pastes will be the main focus.
