The Patagonia society does not meet the position and insurance as indicated by the Maslow's hierarchy of leadership. The association delegates required a private room or an alternate office setup for their refreshment resulting to biking, running or surfing. The agents would prefer not to resuscitate themselves in the restroom showers as the Patagonia's business visitors similarly take rest in the same restroom. In any case, Patagonia has not gave any such uncommon office to its agents. The laborers feel uncomfortable to irritate the business visitors who are resting in the restroom. This circumstance enormously influences the self-assurance of the laborers. To keep away from this organization ought to satisfy the representative's desires by giving them an individual room or office setup for their refreshment .

Close by this present, Patagonia's association culture furthermore shows that the agents of Patagonia were given commitments in regards to their work remembering the finished objective to meet the association's social need. Maslow's chain of significance communicates that the association should push their delegates by giving them position or commitment when they perform a testing task to secure and protect the association environment. Patagonia immediately began making changes to their regulations and supply chain approach in an effort to prevent employees of the factories that manufacture their products. These changes included a partnership with Veritè, a non-profit organization “dedicated to ensuring people around the world work under safe, fair, and legal conditions.”. The changes created a comprehensive migrant worker standard that covers all aspects of employment in these factories. Topics covered in this new standard include pre-hiring interactions, labor contracts, employee’s retention of their passports, acceptable living and working conditions, grievances, procedures, and repatriation.  Once the standard was finalized, Patagonia held a conference with all four of the factories responsible for the manufacturing of their products in Taiwan. In addition to these factories being expected to meet all of the expectations in the company’s new migrant worker standards by June 1, 2015, they were expected to reimburse foreign workers anything they had paid beyond the legally allowed fees and to no longer use employment brokers to hire migrant workers after that date. The factories could either pay the fees themselves or hire the workers directly.
