In our society, we are constantly encountered with contracts when conducting any sort of business transaction. A contract is a legal binding agreement between customers and businesses created to ensure that the rights of each party involved is protected in any legal matters. There are two forms of contracts; it can either be in written format or oral agreement. The type of contract used depends on the situation. A written contract is more beneficial to both parties involved. In the case of a lawsuit, the written contract can help to mediate the dispute because the terms of both the customer and the business would be detailed in it. The most recent contract that I have taken part of is a military contract which outlines my Permanent Change of Station (PCS) move from Los Angeles, California to Fort Lewis, Washington.

Upon arrival to my new residence in Washington, I coordinated with the moving company to deliver my household goods. The company accepted my request, delivered and assembled my household goods according to the contract. During the assembly process of my bed, they realized that there were small parts missing to complete the bed. Besides this minor incident, the company "executed all of the promised terms and conditions of the contract," (Liuzzo A. Bonnice J., 2010, pg 181). One of the representatives told me that the packing crew should have assembled the bed prior to loading it onto the truck. He also informed me that tiny parts such as bolts and screws should
