                                                                       Abstract

In this paper will show that there are some of the reasons can influence the work efficiency. It can prove that the different work management method will come up different result.Using the correct method to manage worker is really important. It will prove the most important factor of increasing the production and making the company successful. It will determine cause of the result with different factor of management. It will share some of the reasons how can a company become success in the view of the strategic design of work and satisfy employee. It will discuss how work design strategy is important and how to design strategy.It will measure the meaning of the labor condition influence and the easy way to increase the Employee motivation be higher.It will prove the most important mind to become a successful company is that the correct work design strategy, employee’s satisfaction and the reward and punish system.

                                The Important Of The Work Design And Satisfied Worker

        The case is called “Josh’s Toy Manufacturing”.In this case,It shows the work strategic is very important in an organization.The toy manufacturing hires four employee and asks them work 8 hours each day on four different machine. Which means each worker works on different machine for two hours without breathing space (Stewart &Brown,2014,P155).[pic 1]

        As provided in the data from the manufacture management (Stewart &Brown,2014,P155),there are some conclusion show up after rotate woking.Fred is hard to handle the machine1 because he can not bear the loudly noisy from the machine1,he has to take a break and leave away the machine.then he has to reopen the machine’s computer again.Bonnie do not how to use machine1 and machine2,machine4 is more easier to her.The recent survey shows that they can produce 2,610 products average a day.If they can work all day like the Hour 3,they can produce 3,200 production each day.Which means the factory will augment 22 percent of their production rate.This case can prove that strategic design of work is very important.The phases of job analysis is important too.It will influent the organization's success.The worker use which machine in this case is the key point,it will influence the production.(Stewart &Brown,2014,P155)

        The symptoms of this case is to decide the strategic of the product line. The fundamental issues is to design the assembly line.Which people use which machine? We should increase the  work efficiency,so we need deeply analyze the factor influence the produce efficiency.The causal factor will influence the production may be the break time of workers,health condition of the workers,and the competitiveness design of the workers.

        The inference of the case result that is the strategic design of the workers. From that picture we can find out the machine3 is the highest the efficiency. Because the Fred work on machine1 and  Bonnie work on machine4. This is not coincidence.They all avoid their weakness and choose the machine which is the most suitable for them.The key point for the work design is the differentiation and the integration.These are the most important principle of the work design (Stewart &Brown,2014,P122).The result can also compare the hour2 and hour3,once Fred used the machine1,the efficiency reduce 50 percent.Using the differentiation and integration correctly is really important.The design of work training should league with entire HR strategy.The assumption of the fundamental issues for the productivity is the job plan tactic and steps in competency modeling.

        The other alternative course of the case is the flexible work scheduling, employee ’s health condition and the pressure of the worker. Giving the flexible schedule to the worker maybe can improve the workpiece ratio. People will work harder after enough relax. From the analyst of the case the supervisor did not ofter the relax time to the employee. Labor producing is not the machine produce, human benign need relax. Tired worker only ofter the lowest production. The health condition is really important to the company too. Fitness employee can alway have the best expression in the work. Supervisor also do not to worry the limited ability of the work. Like the Fred, he had some trouble with hearing that made him could not work normal on machine1.Setting the reward and punish system  maybe can increase the speed of the worker produce. For example,the highest producing worker can gain more salary as reward or reduce the salary for the lowest production. Suitable reward and punish can rise the positive attitude of the employee.
