Establishing a Sense of Urgency

Getting a transformation program started requires the aggressive cooperation of many individuals. It begins when some individuals or some groups start to examine the market and competitive realities, such as shrinking margins or a lack of revenue growth, they then find ways to communicate this information broadly and dramatically, especially with respect to crises, potential crises or major opportunities, in a timely manner.

Eventually, the coalition develops strategies for achieving that vision.
