Football games are advertised each week. Visiting the arena is one of the most exciting experiences that all ages can enjoy. As a fan enters they will hear a variation of music. Following the music the announcer will come on the intercom introducing the staring line up. He may discus what type of food that is being sold. The popcorn has the best butter while the drinks are nice and cold, a variation like this is only found at a football game.

Between the cheering of the audience, grunting of the players, and the band playing makes it very hard to concentrate on one aspect of the game. The field and bleachers produce a mixture of sounds of joy. Which contributes a big part to the fun.

The audience stomps and yells to pump their players up. "WHOO'S" are shouted if their team does well, and "BOO'S" if they do not agree with the referees decision. Cheerleaders shout cheers of encouragement, while the crowd applauses. Sounds of laughter, and victory yells are produced when their team wins.

The football players too contribute a variety of noises. They pray before they enter on the field. When a player says "HUT" they run for the ball as some get tackled. The team may say "Boy I'm going to rip your head off"; "your team sucks!" To taunt their rivals. The coach yells at his players if they make a mistake, and the players listen.

The remainder of sounds made come from a mixture of things. Like the whistle of a referee or him yelling a penalty. Bullhorns sounded in different places at once. The band playing music that is getting both the crowd and players excited. Mascots from both teams attempt to say things to upset the other players. The announcer screams out play-by-play on what's going on at the game.

A football game can bring out the worse in people. Football players are sadden by a loss or ecstatic on a win. The crowd supports their boys from the start of the game till the end. The sounds at the commotions just help hype you up for the game. If there were no sounds to contribute the sport would be boring. The audience, players, and other make a football game exciting.
