It Is Just a Matter of Timing

What did Theresa learn? Theresa learned to never let anyone take her kindness and hard work for weakness. She was a hardworking individual determined to bring this company back to good standings financially. She demonstrated that all was possible in just a matter of time. She learned to work through progress and work smart instead of working hard losing rest and sleep for a company that does not appreciate her. Other than quitting, Theresa could have done a couple things to resolve the problem. She could have formulated different plans of actions. If she worked a financial plan dealing with assets and fundings, she could have possibly given the owner some of the money he needed to purchase the house. However, he approached her in a different and negative way which caused her to act as she did. i think that Teresa learned to do conduct a more through research of a company's financial background before taking up another job offer again. Teresa also learned that through hard work and determination that with a matter of "timing" all things can be worked out. The downside to this analogy is that Teresa had to work hard. I believe the next job offer Teresa has she will work smart, and not hard.Teresa can possibly develop a financial plan relating to assets. As financial manager Teresa should develop and implement a financial plan that determines the most appropriate sources for funding. Teresa could also perform a risk-return trade off balancing sheet. Teresa should consider selecting facts from data that will be used to form the perception, and organizing selected data pertaining to the negative financial statements and bank accounts.
