Letter Writing

Letter writing can be fun.

The font size should be in a read-able size. You can use Times new roman or Arial in font size 12. You can use double spacing and format "justify". Use 1 or 1.5 inch margin all arond.

1. Type Date and Month on the top of the letter.

2. Type the Sender's address

3. Type the recipient's address in full

4. Address the person with a formal Dear " Mr" or Ms...

5. Have a subject line on your letter.

6. the body should not exceed more than one page

7. Use formal notations to sign off and hand sign your letter for a personal touch.
