I Love School

Virginia College is a wonderful vocational school. The teachers and staff are awesome. I travel an hour and a half everyday to get here. My course of study is Culinary Arts. I'm a single mother of three and a grandmother of two. I live in Essex County Virgina which is considered country to those here in

Richmond. I mainly came to school to make my mother and my parents proud. I didnt graduate high school, but I did earn my GED. I recieved the GED in the month of June 1989 before my class even graduated. I had my first child at the age of nineteen, which was a challenge. Then later on six years later I got married which brought forth my two sons. My kids are my world. I don't know what I would do without them. The marriage failed ten years ago. Now I am happily engaged to a wonderful man. We are planning our wedding for April 27, 2013. I really hate writing essays but I am really trying hard to fill this page. My sense of humor keeps me focused to move on. After I graduate I plan on treating myself to a brand new car. I'm struggling right now because I am currently unemployed. But, I am seeking employment every chance I see. Listening to music is my favorite past time. Music keeps me motivated. It gives me energy. My favorite Rap artist is Rick Ross. Eventhough I may seem a little old to listen to rap but I get into all sorts of music. I also love the Food Network Channel which is a real informational and educational channel.
