Personal Responsibility vs College Success

I believe that outside forces control in what you do in school, which will affect your grades in some way. There is a connection between taking personal responsibility of grades and college success. Try to limit the negativity on what is going on outside and try to bring in positive things through time management and good choices which will improve your grades greatly. As a student I can lead to a healthy life style and a consider take as many amount you can of college success to improve your grades. The connection between personal responsibility and college success can impact the areas of our lives, it is important to have personal responsibility if you want to have success in your college approach. Doing your personal responsibility values will help you to be successful in college by using your time management strategies, identifying goals, and managing stress.

Having personal responsibility is taking actions for what you are doing, accepting the consequences that come from those actions, and realizing how to improve. Many times there are outside forces that try to make your college successful fail. The duties and responsibilities required from work, family, and health can all interfere with choices to reach your goals. You should never leave the hours at work, whether full-time or part-time make you stop from reaching your goals to be successful in college. Personal Responsibility is the choices you make when you start to make all of the decisions that will help you to success in all aspects of your life.

Personal responsibility is to be accepting for the importance of standards and to make personal efforts to live by those standards. But personal responsibility also means that when individuals fail to meet expected standards, they do not look around for outside for someone to blame. The important personal responsibility occurs when individuals blame their family, their peers, and their workforce, for their own failure to meet standards. The three areas of personal decision making in which the nation's youth and young adults most need to learn and practice personal responsibility are education, bills, housework, marriage, and work.

When applied to education, personal responsibility means that students accept the responsibility to study hard and to learn as much as they can in courses. For most students, this aspect of personal responsibility means that they must take courses that prepare them for college. Hard work is a must because the single most important of college performance is high school grade point average, probably because grades reflect hard work. Students who choose not to prepare for college must prepare for the world of work. Students who do not go to college should enroll in training courses after high school. Without job training, and good job, or a two-year or four-year degree will not get you to reach your goals on what job you would like to have for the rest of your life.

When beginning college after high school it is a real transition for all - each student will face some adjustments during their first few semesters. The college environment is different from that of a high school environment; it requires students to function independently, be self-directed, and be mature enough to handle adult subject
