Name of Website: Life As A Military Spouse

Purpose of Website: A place where military spouses can share and discuss their many adventures of life in the military as well as find useful resources and

Determine Your Audience:

My audience will be strictly military spouses

My pictures and content will be coming directly from friends that I have met over the last 22 years as a military spouse. All pictures will be from myself or from friends. I will have continuous open communication over the next few weeks and will be gathering information and stories from them for the site. I will have a few friends submit adventures to me so that I can post under the Share section and a few to submit photos. A few of my friends have their own photo websites which I can include as links.

CHAT ROOM: This section I may decide to delete after having reviewed by Professor Rider. If I can find a way to make the chat room work, I will include it.

SHARE: This will be a page where military spouses can log in and share their individual experiences while being married to a service member. Spouses can post stories such as moving adventures, travel adventures, or jokes.

SHARE PHOTOS: This section will allow spouses to post photos they wish to share with other members.

USEFUL RESOURCES: This will be a section where military spouses can obtain useful information on Support, Space A Travel, Scholarships, Employment, Coping with Deployments, and contact information for emergency services.

MILITARY STORE: This page will contain links to websites that sell military items and memorabilia. Two of my friends also have their own photography websites which these links will be posted there as well.

SUPPORT FORUM: This was originally supposed to be a separate page where spouses could turn to for support but I am thinking about just adding this to the Useful Resource Page.
