EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

I. Introduction

Monitoring is the regular observation and recording of activities taking place in a project or program and it is a systematic process of observing, tracking, and recording activities or data for the purpose of the program project implementation and its progress towards achieving objectives RFID (radio frequency identification) is a technology that incorporates the use of electromagnetic or electrostatic coupling in the radio frequency portion of the electromagnetic spectrum to uniquely identify an object, animal, or person. The action could be as simple as raising an access gate or as complicated as interfacing with a database to carry out a monetary transaction. The Gym Membership Monitoring System is a easy use that will be used by the gym personnel and users.

The Gym Membership Monitoring System is a hassle free that is used by the gym personnel and clients. The system is develop by using RFID scanner and proximity card to verify the membership of the client and provide a reliable, secure and efficient method of recording member attendance of our membership. It also collects responses and saves them in monitoring database. It can be only use by using proximity card that contain load balance. It also has Administrator page to access and to manage the system appropriately so the clients who have issue or change about their information can be manage by the admin. Access to computers has increased significantly over recent decades and is improving every year and with the modern technology, it is easy to create systems that can use and benefit by the clients.[pic 1]
