Learning experiences are such a wonderful thing because I can look back on those experiences to see where I have been to where I need to go. I can also reflect on the things that I have done right and continue to do those things and also look to see things I have done wrong or could have done better to where I can make better decisions if I am put in those particular situations again. With so many choices to choose from, I am choosing to speak about the fact of going back to school for myself to pursue my own personal goal of achieving a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. I chose to do this after receiving encouragement from family and that drive with inside myself saying that I want to achieve more no matter what my circumstances are and I can do it.

I have been out of school for three and a half years and I am comfortable within my own life and I like it. I have no worries or complaints. What changed you might ask? My family is what changed. One more thing I have learned is to not take my family for granted because they have been really supportive of me as well as being a lot of encouragement when it came to college work that I was uneasy about. My unconditioned stimulus was school and unconditioned response was not doing well in school. My conditioned stimulus and response would be school as well but the response would be doing well in school because of my own dedication and the support from my family's encouragement. If there was no dedication from myself and encouragement from my family the learning through classical conditioning
