According to the data the mass of our liquid substance read 2.69 grams as it was measured on the electronic scale. The original mass of the container was 5.00 grams, then when the 10 mL of the liquid substance was added into the container the electronic scale read 7.69 grams. So, when subtracted from the two numbers, the difference or the mass of the substance results to 5.69 grams. The volume of the whole liquid substance that was put into the giant graduated cylinder read 10mL. The formula for density is mass/volume. So, when by just simply plugging in the numbers that was measured previously into the equation, it can be written as 2.69g/2mL and the quotient of that equation is 1.345g/mL, which is the density of the liquid substance. The freezing point of this particular liquid substance was below 0oC. It took roughly 48oC to reach its freezing point and continued to freeze after. As it is read on the chart that the complete melting point of the substance was at 128oC, which is roughly around 35oC higher than the starting point. Finally, when finding out the boiling point of this substance, it was at 170oC, which took around 100oC to boil from the starting temperature of this liquid substance. My hypothesis was matter of fact right that we can differentiate object from one another based on the object's physical and chemical properties. One way that I would've done my experiment differently was by checking the temperature of the freezing point constantly because the temperature dropped immensely that the thermometer broke.

According to our results and data, it can be determined or concluded that the unknown substance was in fact terrestrial in nature and could be identified as residue from the demolished glue factory. All of its properties were equivalent to those of the terrestrial glue found in the glue factory. According to the research, the melting point of orange juice is 128oC which precisely matches with this unknown substance. Evidently, all our physical properties match with the physical properties of orange juice. The density of a substance is always the same, and the unknown substance has a very literal match to the density of orange juice. So based on our research and data, we can concurrent that this unknown substance very much similar or it is orange juice because of the similarity their chemical and physical properties. Conclusively, my hypothesis can be supported that we can differentiate or detect object from one another based on the object's physical and chemical properties or simply the state of matter.
