Statement of Purpose

From my early childhood till today, my most remarkable characteristics have been my curiosity to learn new topics. My keen interest for learning new ideas, when combined with my inner desire to reach a degree of excellence in every piece of work I perform, enabled me to acquire significant knowledge on various aspects of nature and technology, as well as leading me through a successful educational career.

During my early ages in school, I was introduced to 'BASIC' language and on how computers can be used and programmed. From then, I became fascinated about computers and their programming. After I entered the High School, I was made known with languages like 'C', JAVA and 'HTML' (additional) on my personal interest.

Consequently, I took part in a discussion group (Computer Club) of senior high school students and schoolteachers who motivated me to select computer science as my career. Personal satisfaction also plays a key role in my career decision. I enjoy acquiring new skills and information, which help me to adapt to the fast-changing world, as well as pique my interest in innovation. In addition, a career with open prospects would give me constant incentive to improve myself and to gain more knowledge.

The first year lectures of my undergraduate were about freshman courses which I was already familiar with, however, in consequent years, the versatility and facile nature of Computers made it even more interesting and really left me spellbound and enthralled. This solidified my interest in Computer science and exposed me to the enormous potential of this developing field. As the depth of studying about computers increased, it helps me to widen my background in various concepts. I also paid special attention to vital subjects I would deal with in my professional life.

Besides theoretical work, I gained practical knowledge in Computer Science through internships and various project works. My first hands-on experience was in AimsTech which is the most outstanding software house. After then, I performed my second practical experience in Bamboo Plus. Furthermore, I took project works on various software fields. Currently, I am doing project work for Abacus Consulting Technologies implementing SAP in Fauji Fertilizer Company in Rawalpindi Pakistan.

These experiences were invaluable for me since I learned the serviceability and functionality of various real world applications. There I grasped the application of computer technologies in various sections. Working in such an outstanding places broadened my vision of Computer Science and how diverse its developmental stages be.

As well as the coursework and practical experience, I try to follow the technological innovations and new design techniques by reading technical periodicals
