Entrepreneurs are one of the most important people in an economy; they just don't create jobs for themselves but for a whole lot of skilled and unskilled workers. This is because an entrepreneur may have the idea and the skills but he would have to employee workers and get the best out of them profitably. These jobs created by entrepreneurs play a vital role in in lifting the economy up as they create income for themselves and others. The entrepreneur and the workers would spend the income created which would help in the growth of the GDP. The creation of jobs often catches the attention of the government, creating employment is the role and one of the macroeconomic aim of the government, since the entrepreneurs are helping government in fulfilling their role so it may happen the entrepreneurs are granted with grants or tax wave off for a certain years. After the 2008 economic depression government has given more than 80,000 companies grants and subsidies for employing great amount of employees. Garmeen America, which helped millions of people in either developing their business or creating new ventures by giving them loans without any prior experience or security. This idea of Garmeen America was highly appreciated and it was awarded with a Nobel Prize.

Entrepreneurship is also very much about the power, the freedom and the flexibility which the entrepreneurs gets to develop and expand their business. When we talk about power , we don't mean the power to yell and fire people, but the power to control how to go about the business plan. Freedom and flexibility is more about the getting to do the work the way you like it. Entrepreneurs do not have to listen to boss for a walk in time and how to work like workers. Being your own boss also means a lot of responsibility, as the entrepreneur is liable for all the losses and the gains. But the responsibility works as a trigger, which
