People nowadays love something that not only fast and cheap but also healthy in order for them to keep on doing their activity without have to think about what to cook and do they have time to cook. Therefore, Totoro Restaurant is the answer. Totoro Restaurant provides a healthy delicious grab and go food specialized in Burritos and Tacos. We serve fresh, natural, healthy, with high quality ingredients foods that fulfill our customer needs. We also provide delivery service to our customer front door which will ease our customer. With the online service that we provided, people who has transportation problem will be benefit. Totoro Restaurant is not only about selling and gain profit, but we are concerning more into our customer satisfaction. With our business concept of introducing healthy fast food, we hope to be the dominant restaurant all around the world within 5 years.

Chapter 1

Totoro restaurant is a fast food restaurant which will be located at Selangor, Kuatan, and Nilai area. We will serve heathy and affordable fast foods for our customers. The decoration of our fast food restaurant will follow the Mexican style since we are selling Mexican food. Hanging lamps will be installed in our restaurant to create romantic atmosphere. Furthermore, Rustic Mexican pine furniture which is the most popular and affordable style of furniture will be used for most of the furniture in our restaurant to create a relaxing environment for our customers. We intend to make the (hat thingy I dunno what is that) to be one of our icon with its uniqueness and only will be available at specific time. The vision of our restaurant is to be the dominant restaurant in Malaysia and open branches in overseas. The mission of our restaurant is to ensure every customer will satisfy and enjoy the foods that we are provided. The objectives of our business are:

• Able to earn RM 1,000,000 in the first year and RM2,000,000 in the upcoming years.
• Our (hat thingy) to be one of or icon
• Able to satisfy every customer’s needs
• Introduce our business to overseas
