Introduction

Kudler Fine Foods is a renowned grocery store, located in different areas of California, Del Mar, La Jolla, and Encinitas. All stores include the following departments: fresh meat, specialty dairy, pastries, and packaged foods that are domestic and imported. The primary focus of this company is to maximize its profit by providing finest foods, wines, and items at reasonable prices. Kudler wants to satisfy its clients in comparison of the competitors through attaining perfection in the operational activities. Kulder's also desires to accumulate the profitability and loyalty of the consumers by consumer purchase cycle. The purpose of service request form is for Kudler customers to buy more products so more stuck could be kept of those most popular items. Kudler Fine Foods is striving to develop a system for every customer purchases using a Frequent Shopper Program to reward redemption points. The project follows a systems analysis process by current system analysis, exploring business objectives, functional requirements, project constraints, and cost benefit analyses are requirements to a decision-making management board at Kudler. The firm needs to establish an online shopping database, a point of sale system, and provide discount on frequent shopping. In this paper the subject to describe are the ethical, legal, and security futures for the development of the Frequent Shopper Program and include financial analysis recommendation as well as rationalizing all the expenses-related for the implementation of the program. For instance the type of reward program will determine the cost of implementation such as using plastic cards to swipe through the card reader or papers with barcodes for scanning.

Currently

The Kudler database system currently includes a table that contains only demographic information. The table can expand by adding transactions using a member identification number as a foreign key that can be the main key in customer database. Also all the expenditures can be done by the financial analysis by calculating the revenues of Kudler and budget of the expenditures. " Financial Analysis refers to the assessment of a business to deal with the planning, budgeting, monitoring, forecasting, and improving of all financial details within an organization" (MicroStrategy , 2011). The financial department within Kudler can compare the revenues of previous years to determine if the revenues are higher than last year than the expenditures are appropriate to the company. Nevertheless, an assessment of the financial analysis is needed to modify the related expenditures for the development of the project.
