BUS 685 Global Business Management, Winter, 2013

The International Committee of the Red Cross: Managing Across Cultures. Due: March 17th, 2013 at Midnight

The individual case assignment is in essence the "final exam" for the course. The Case is in your text on pages 433 through 444. The actual assignment (this document), and the Rubric that I will use to grade your paper (BUS685 Grading Rubric for Final Paper.xlsx) can be found in the "Documents" area in Blackboard. You will need to introduce and discuss the key elements of the case, and will need to provide the information and logic to "solve" it, given the real world restrictions it describes. There is no length requirement - you will need to use your own judgment as to how much to write in order to completely and adequately do the assignment. Ten percent of the final grade on this assignment will come from the quality of the language and English skills used in writing the paper, and ten percent for the structure of the paper. When discussing structure of a paper, what is meant is that you have a clear introduction, appropriate headings and sub-headings to define for the reader where you have been and where you are going in the paper, and an appropriate conclusion at the end of the paper. The balance of the grade will be roughly balanced between the course's four final objectives below, and you should use these objectives to structure your paper. In fact, it would be wise
