Who are those little men singing day in and day out of an almightey god who made them, and the earth, and the light, while I, the most powerful monster am doomed to an eternity in darkness and pain? tonight they'll be my dinner!

How many happy voices will i extinguish tonight? 20 or 30? Thirty men i will take as my dinner and no one will be able to stop me! They will know my name once i am done! When the time comes , i will storm that horrible hall that has terrorized me for years and put fear into the hearts of those men!

It is time! I am headed to that noisy, annoying hall that is now silent, and dark, for it is night. The sleeping men have no idea that I am about to end their harmonious little lives and wreak havoc on the rest of the hall. Tonight I will pick my 30 men very carefully and only get the ones htat look plump enough for me to enjoy. Then i will come back every night afterwords and randomly pcik men to eat, that way terror will reign in the lives of the men still alive.

Twelve years now I havekept Herot Hall free of those voices, but now I can see men returning from the place where they hid form me. Tonight, I will remind those men why they left. Tonight will be the night that the strong conquer the weak.

As i make my way up the path to Herot, I can see from ere the hall shining with all of its golden light. When i get to the door of the hall, I bust throug with nohesistation and look for my first vicitm. i spot the robust red-head right away and quickly finish him off. I turn around and find my next fellow to devour and walk towards him. As I put my claws around him, he leans up and seizes my claws in his hand. I know at once that this is not an ordianary man and do all that i can to escape form the pain and torture that is now being inflicted upon me. I cry out in pain and more men surround me with their weapons, but i have bewitiched the swords and no damage will be done by them. I twist to escape the pain only to encounter more when my shoulder is ripped off. I know that this is the end, and all i have to do is wait for it to come get me.

I get back home and sit with my back against the wall. My mother returns with my shoulder and the slain body of hrothgar's closest friend . The next morning i awaken to the sounds of battle between my mother and Beowoulf. I silently cheer on my mother because i know she will get her evenge for me. i see him raise his weapon and swing, but my mother's hie is so tough that no blade will harm her. The man then grabs the giant made sword hanging on the wall so massive that only super human strength could lift it. He finishes my mother off with hatred in his eyes, for the sword has been blessed by the giant's magic. I am afraid because i know that he will search for me, but i am slipping into the cold darkness. I see him round the corner and draw his sword, and in seconds i am extenguished from their Earth forever
