Sir Brandon says that we shouldn't have to be intelligent, being smart is enough. He share the brief history of his life on how he become successful. He almost handling a 24 companies, he is a board of director. He was graduated as a ordinary student, not a cum laude nor suma and magna cum laude. My point here, he has a strong determination to achieve his goals in life. It is like our prof vangie taught to us. Management can apply not only in business but also in our lives. He applied the POSDICON in his decision and now he was a very very successful manager and entrepreneur . He also inspires us and says that cheating never brought us to good way, but in a wrong direction. If we do not know how to become true to ourselves, how we can be to others? Like in studying, if we caught cheating it breaks our reputation as well as in business ."It is better to fail in doing something, than to success in doing nothing". It's never good to depend always to others , if we can do something by our own. So how they can be a successful in future if they do not know how to trust their abilities?

Observation

I was observed that the different booth made by the third year students. I can say that they can be successful stakeholders someday. They are doing great and it was really amazing. They have apply what they have learned in their past to years. I was seen their determination and competence to sell their different products. Their entrepreneurial spirit was tested , on how strong they have and make their products more productive. And as a good trait of entrepreneur , being an innovative and uniqueness in their products exist . So I guess that they satisfy the customers.
