* Form global teams dedicated to 'Big Data' analyses and research. These teams can be approached by projects that require resources to help in the analyses of large unstructured data.
* Form a global center of excellence (COE) exclusively for 'Big data' analytics. This COE would be responsible for identifying resources that posses sound data mining knowledge, with working experience in handling 'Big data'.
* Conduct training sessions in 'Big data' related concepts for resources who have signed up for the team. The training must have hands-on sessions, so that the candidates are fully aware of the volume and haphazardness of the data they are about to deal with on an everyday basis.
* Identify members of the existing team to hire new resources.
Reason for this is to check if the probable hire would be able to work in the given environment and demands of the current situation and also what he/she has to offer to the team.
* Exclusive data storage space must be allocated to this team. All large chunks of data from various projects must be directed to be stored and handled exclusively by this team.
