Business Model Part II SWOTT Analysis Paper

A swott analysis is a critical systematic resource used internally and externally. With this can show the Wheels the business plan in which it can impact the organization. Just like any organization you use swott to analysis the assets to their sell or the organization advertising. With swott analysis Wheels can improve and also acquire any information from the strengths and weaknesses, future opportunities, any threats and any business goals for the future. With the analysis of the swott develop a plan of competitive advantage and how the stakeholders are with the organization. 

The external factors that Wheels may face includes may impact the business. The factors are economic, technological, socio cultural and innovation, also legal and regulatory factors. These factors can have a negative impact on the company of The Wheels. Wheels focus on plans that are for the future of the business successful by sticking to the goals and objectives. 
To have a successful business you need to start with the legal and regulatory factors because of the economic development and the importance of innovation. Some factors that are regulations and taxes, they are used to maintain a workplace that is skillful. The location can affect how available the business and employee are. 

Regulations involving the technology and innovation can make sure everything and anything is safe by the unlawful access. The laws of the local, state or federal can have a direct impact on the business. External factors are detailed to use to protect themselves from any internet crimes. Economic factors that can affect Wheels are inflation, unemployment, etc. these regulated policies or procedures can have an unstable and economy hence. Economy can affect the businesses at some point and can be the biggest external factor.  With economic and legal and regulatory give the opportunity for Wheels to expand more business. The need for legal and regulatory costs would be low due to very little competition.
Technology is very important for any business to be successful. The technology is always being updated to be ahead of the competition and keeping their clients on the road. These clients are stressful only worrying about working and nothing to else at all. Every customer owns a computer, gps or even cell phone they need to be able to get online, make calls or even be able to use the gps so they will not get lost at all.

Internal factors are leadership, culture and intellectual property. Leadership plays a big role in keeping the employees staying, having a low turnover. In intellectual property, the customers know what they are looking for and if not searching for fleets are easy. The culture of the business is the same clients coming back.

Another thing important to business is supply chain. Being able sell products as well as bring them is important too. They bring in the fleets and their clients come get them for their businesses. Wheels then helps them pay for the renewable process of the tag or any maintenance repairs, so they can just worry about working and nothing else.
