How can we make people change their motives, character, attitudes, personality, behavior and values? The answer is we cannot. Change should start from the individual himself/herself. In order for him/herto think of change, he or she should be influenced or should be trained or educated. I believe that people can be changed for the better and I have two (2) powerful words for that change to take effect:

First is KNOWLEDGE, defined as the state or fact of knowing;familiarity, awareness, or understanding gained through experience or study; the sum or range of what has been perceived, discovered, or learned; learning; erudition: teachers of great knowledge; specific information about something.

and

Second, a person should have the ABILITY, defined as the quality of being able to do something, especially the physical, mental, financial, or legal power to accomplish something;a natural or acquired skill or talent; the quality of being suitable for or receptive to a specified treatment; capacity;

A person with knowledge has the power to do anything that he wants to do while one with the ability is flexible enough to do actions needed in a given situation.

I believe that success in any enterprise, organizations, academe and other sectors involves the ability to respond adaptively to changing environments. The enterprising individual has to take risks independently, making decisions on his own under conditions of uncertainty. One cannot always run to experts or authorities for direction, information, or validation of their perceptions on the solutions to problems they wish to address. Hence, there is a need to adequately prepare them - employees of the organizations, mentors to upgrade their skills, students we need to inculcate the entrepreneurial roles so they will become successful entrepreneurs themselves and not sort to employment after graduating, empower women to build their own enterprise, Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and their families to be entrepreneurs so they will not be separated and have options where to invest their remittances. These are only few sectors.

Our trainings are anchored on methodologies, which require participants to play an active role in simulation games and learning exercises. It has minimal but substantive lectures and maximum experiential and action learning exercises, hence transforming the training room into an active reality-based learning experience. The participants enables to discover for themselves the learning points of entrepreneurial values, the search and selection of indigenous business ideas, and internalize their application into their own environment.

Let us equip everyone with KNOWLEDGE and influence their ABILITIES. Only then we can expect change for self development, career improvement, and fulfillment of ones organizational goals and
