Blood Test

- Kidney function is undisturbed

- Cholesterol level super high of 264. Very rare case. Normal people is about 130+. Usually genetic problem, type 2a high cholesterol condition. All of the 3 children might have the same problem. Heredity issues that run in the family. 50% chance of having the same problem

- Calcium is high at 2.73 due to tumor in lieu. The tumor burden is a lot. Not dangerous but still need to deal with it as long as not above 3.00. Above 3.50 will fall into coma. Need to drink 3.5L of water daily to bring down calcium level. Chemo will likely bring it down too

- Vitamin D level of 11 is low. Low in vitamin D means more prone to fractures, and more prone to colon cancer. Need take purely vitamin D.

- Red and white cells are ready for chemo but the tumor is very aggressive.

Liver

- Not liver failure

- CEA high due to cancer

CEA

- Very high at 1188. Before op is 300+, after op is 400+.

- By right after the op should go down, the surgery done is only minor

- Most of the tumor cells are not in the colon and in the liver.

- Tumor is fast growing and aggressive

Spine

- Spine crisis is quite low.

- Medicine needed by injection to lower the chance of fracture/spinal crisis.

- Side effect is OMJ, osteo narcosis of jaw. Risk is about 1 or 2%. Need to see the dentist before taking this injection. Rotten teeth have to be removed before the injection.

VSD

- VSD is small and doesn’t affect the heart function. The chemo won’t affect the heart but keep under observation.

PET Scan

- Meant to see where is the tumor located and the size of the tumor.

- Tumor spread to other places such as the abdominal lining of the abdomen, the bones C2 (behind the neck), T3 and T4 (the spine and the right hip). Minor at C2, T3 and T4.

- If the tumor collapse, it will press on the spinal cord, and the function below will be gone. T3 and T4 will lead to paralysis and C2 is fatal.

- Early stage but not that frightening

- For spine issues, have to go for radiotherapy and stop chemo but it might be too late

- The liver is severely affected.
