Our goal is to remain a step ahead of our competition through excellent service provision. We expect our guests to have more fun while they are at Dream Night than any other time of the day. This Club will be located in New York City of Manhattan on the 19th street. We will provide more video and electronic technology per square meter than anyone else in the region. A simple, yet unique, themed menu and atmosphere will create a sense of 'belonging' for locals and tourists alike. Our operating philosophy is "happy enthusiastic employees create happy enthusiastic guests.

The main objectives of the development of this new venue are as follows. We want to launch the venue with a highly publicized grand opening during summer of 2012. We believe that this will make the business much more successful because all schools and colleges will be closed on summer and everyone wants to have their good time many people will be coming in and many more people will know of its existence. We feel it is important to maintain tight control of costs, operations, and cash flow through careful management. We also believe that we need to maintain a certain% profit on food and to maintain a certain profit on beverages. This means that we will make good profits on both our food and beverage sales, as these will be two of our major revenue producers.

The keys to success in achieving our goals are as follows. We need to provide exceptional service that leaves an impression on each and every customer. We believe that this will be one of the defining factors in our success. People will want to come to our nightclub over others because we have the best and friendliest staff and a variety club as in four floors of club 3 bars in every floor plenty of alcohol lots of space for lot of people, there is theme night on every floor and a VIP floor for the VIPs which is on the fourth floor and its sound proof, bullet proof and the floor has hibachi and a bar and this gives a variety to our club. We need to deliver consistent entertainment atmosphere and quality product every time.

Dream Night Club provides entertainment for people who love to dance, meet new people

and just love clubbing. This Night Club is very unique it will consist of 4 floors each with

its own theme but the 4th floor will only be VIP. Each floor will have security, a manager,

employees, performances, and DJ. Our mission with this club is we strive to entertain and

satisfy.

The United States is growing with the technology. A couple of years ago it was strange to see a person without a phone because they were new and people could not afford it. Today you see everyone with cell phones and iPods. It's strange if you ask a person for a cell number and they said that they don't have a phone.

Anywhere you live you are going to find people with cell phones. People always want the best and now they are getting the smart phones. Smart phones are amazing with everything they do. You can do everything with your smart phone. That's where we come in with the marketing. If almost everyone has a smart phone, it would be a perfect marketing opportunity.

Mobile marketing will allow us to send special, limited offer deals, reminder and promotions straight to our customer's mobile devices. We can offer great deal in the mobile device that you can only get if you buy them in the device.

Cell phones are a perfect way to market; it is used by almost everyone. And mostly everyone is starting to get iPhones. The iPhone has an app store and it's very popular. When you create an app everyone that's has an iPhone or apple computer, well basically anyone that has an apple device will see it.

If we create an app, that is all about the club. People will download it and see what the club is about. It will have all the information on it. You will be able to look at pictures from the club and see how nice it is when the club is going on. You can see what we serve in the bar and how much it cost. We will be selling the ticket there and you can reclaim in the entrance.

Other function that would be in the app is the upcoming event in the club. You will be able to see the upcoming theme of the nights and get prepared. It going to tell you what theme one floor has, while another floor is doing something else. We will also include special offers the ones who have the app downloaded and show it at the door.

Also when the club first open we will be collecting cell number from the people so that way we could text them and let them know when is the next another big event is coming or just every time we going to open. It is going to be an automatic system that will be sending text or email constantly for people won't forget about Dream Night.

We were also thinking about people having a lot of friends and they are always texting each other. We are hoping that people talk about us so much that everything will know about us and download our app. That is a perfect way to spread the world across the county about Dream Night. No one can resist a place everyone is talking about.

Products and Services

Dream Night will be located in the Manhattan in the city at 5 east 19 street NYC and the club represents a unique opportunity create a high energy, dance floor that will target college age women and everyone who is 21 or above. The development's central location, demographics are great for a night club. Dream Night will specialize in high energy themes and will offer beer, wine and a lot of liquors and mixed drinks.
