The technology we have today allows businesses to work at a faster pace. The internet has provided another form of communication and more methods of conducting business. According to Matthew Symonds the internet has brought a great change to our world. Today the internet is used in many ways such as learning, teaching, working as well as how we play. Sometimes people may find the internet as a helpful tool in their life or often frustrating. Internet marketing brings in a lot of side revenue; selling merchandise over the internet brings a variety of new customers and spotlight to your business. Internet access has transformed the way companies conduct business today.

The internet has been seen as a powerful tool that can help your business become more productive and make more money. "Business states that when the internet and email are used effectively, they help you streamline business activities, communicate more efficiently with customers and even generate new customers or clients-all while helping to reduce business expenses." Internet also permits retailers to become more costumers focused and responsive. In fact, the internet impacts all relationships. Easy access to timely, accurate, and targeted information by businesses and their suppliers, partners, and customers fosters relationships that are one rather than one too many.
