1. Identify and outline in detail one major Technology developed/implemented (an innovation) in Jamaica over the past ten (10) years.

2. What factors were considered in the development of the technology? - Pull and Push factors, citing relevant examples to concretize your points.

3. What strategies were employed in the diffusion of the development - citing the S - Curve of Diffusion, and relevant examples?

4. What are the implications for management of this development?

5. What are the benefits that have been derived so far, and will be derived from this development in the future?

6. As CTO for your company what recommendations would you make to your Senior Management Team and the Board?
