For my research I have chosen to do mine on the Mexican migration. They really do stand out to me. Now that we are going through this trying to pass bills so that mostly Mexican get deported back home. It really did chough my eye. I have found out a lot of new things that I didn't know about. The things that people need to start to know and study at school.

Migration s always taking place its take places right now as we speak. My topic is on Mexican migration. Migration took place around 1848. That was around the time that the U.S and Mexico were fighting over land that they wanted. The lands were California, Arizona, Texas, and New Mexico. Those that live in these parts went from being Mexican citizens to being American citizens. In the year of 1910 -1920 more than about 890,000 legal Mexican came to the U.S

The Mexican people were also starting to flee their homes in Mexico because of the Mexican Revolution. They came in to the U.S to find a place to hide out. These were the people and families that didn't want to take place in the revolution. That was also around the time that the first massive immigration from Mexico took place in 1917. They came in through contract laborers. The Mexicans were allowed to work in the fields. To help on the work of the railroad during War World I. When a lot of the work was running out for the American citizens and there were no openings. Then the government started to send the Mexicans back to Mexico. Even if their children were born here in the U.S they would still send them back. It wasn't till War World II when they asked for the Mexican migrant works back to help with the jobs. That needs attending too.
