Introduction

MUSC  needed extra revenue for refurbishment and expanding of the number of soccer fields at the Rock Rimmon soccer complex. This Project  plan will assist with detailed steps to achieve a well-planned, cost effective soccer tournament, that generates the funds for the MUSC . The project will follow the steps as outlined on the WBS, activity documents, project schedule and linear responsibility matrix.

Executive Summary

MUSC board of directors have decided to sponsor an invitational tournament, in order to raise funds to raise fund. refurbish and expand the number soccer fields. The fund will also be used for the club scholarship. The soccer tournament has been known to raise between $50000 and $70000 for the hosting team.
