: I have done summer internship from ICICI Bank. It's basically an Service company . It is great opportunity for me to carry on the corporate learning and exposure at ICICI Bank for the fulfillment of PGDM course. The summer project was intended to have an exposure of the working environment and the customers,the attributes necessary for their satisfaction.
The endeavor project was mainly taken over for 6 weeks, where I covered the area starting from the industry profile until survey, finding suggestions and conclusion about on industry and the company profile.
After the above learning, I focused my study on the topic I choose finally suggestions and conclusions were made after careful survey.
In this research Judgemental sampling was used and the Sample size is 280., the primary data was collected through questionnaire and interaction with customers through mail. The secondary data was collected through internet.
