1. Punctuality:

Punctuality is important for any sort of business. It has two ways to look on

* Be punctual for office timings

* Be punctual for execution of tasks assigned

Ignoring any one could reflect adversely on the performance of the individual and of the organization as a whole. "Punctuality reflects personality."

The first kind of punctuality is outdated. It denotes quantity and not quality. We must have flexible work hours. One hour delay can be excused in the morning so that one is not tense [2-3 days /week] but allowed to stay on to complete the work in the evening. If organization believes by this petty attitude, it can only end up by hard working and not by smart working. If organization do not trust employees then employees also do not show talent. All frustration start in the morning, added to this any discipline for rigid punctuality will hurt many right working persons.

Management leading by example is key - sets the tone for the entire company. However, looking at companies like Google for instance, which has a very relaxed, laid back approach to timing but is ultimately performance driven and based on employee trust.

But the second kind of punctuality is mandatory for corporate sectors and in our real life also. Because deadlines should be achieved for being efficient and effective.

As on today, I have this trait partially. Sometimes I can't finish the work within deadline.

Dressing is the attire of a person, which reflects the corporate character and the position of a person in his office. The clothing of a person determines his success essentially thereby reflecting his corporate personality as well. Corporate dressing is also a significant way to earn respect from s your colleagues, junior and senior.

The first thing you should know about corporate dressing is that it reflects the personality. A well dressed corporate executive with good personality has the capability of convincing the clients in his favor in the meetings and official get together. Secondly, corporate clothing helps you in attaining enough admiration from the client and the others. The smart look, which you will get after being attired in a formal corporate dress will be enough to handle the corporate meetings and presentation confidently.

However, dressing like a corporate man is not all. You need to know which color goes best with your personality, your position and you purpose in office. Moreover, corporate dressing can make you look more proficient and qualified and boost up yours confidence, which in turn helps you to make great performance.

I am agree with this trait. But its not the mandatory trait.

As on today I don't have this trait. I am trying to develop it.

3. Preparing in advance:

Doing homework before the meeting is necessary to be effective. In order to make intelligent comments, offer helpful suggestions or ask pertinent questions, we need to know a meeting's purpose and topic areas in advance. If we have received a vague notice or agenda, inquire about what's going to be discussed and what are the goals. We can basically say that you want to come ready to contribute.

If it's our supervisor or team leader who is calling the staff or group together and has left the focus a bit
