School Uniforms Are Outdated - Students Should Be Allowed to Wear to School Anything They Choose

I strongly believe that school uniforms are not outdated and should remain a part of the school system.

Uniforms are the traditional wear for schools. They were put in place to stabilize the thoughts and focus of the students attending school, solely on the education being offered by the institutions with which they are associated.

There are pros and cons to every situation; the same is true of the uniform system. With the presence of uniforms children waste a lot less time each morning deciding what they should wear to school on the day. There are a lot less distractions and it, and makes for a formal education system. With these attributes being part of the school system, one will find that a vast majority of these children who are required to wear uniforms perform far better than those who are left to be fashionably styled boys and girls.

Another advantage of students wearing uniforms is that it reduces peer pressure. Not all students' parents can afford designer clothing so this helps to keep everyone at equal levels wear attire is concerned. Uniforms, though may be costly at the onset prove to be cheaper in the long run as they do not need to be constantly replaced. Please note that all these advantages of having a uniform system is topped off by the fact that school student, while wearing their uniforms look professional.

Students may have a problem with uniforms solely because they are not allowed to express themselves fashionably, but one should note this as a rather insignificant thing to think about. They do not go to school every day, thus therefore giving them the entire weekend to explore the said horizon.

There is no need to stop the wearing of uniforms in school. Clearly the pros outweigh the cons, therefore reiterating my belief that school children should continue wearing their uniforms.
