1. Hockey experience plays an important factor deciding Scott self-efficacy as top executive in the fast-paced world of computer system. The fact that Scott McNealy plays hockey passionately, playing in the center, playing with Sun's employees, being in offense, being competitive is reflected in his highly successful management techniques as a sharp CEO. With his high self-efficacy, Scott seems to master the challenge and he is in control of his own life. He is able to perform well and more likely to view difficult tasks as something to be mastered rather than something to be avoided. Scott with his high self-efficacy is successful in managing the company as well as in managing his employees.

2. Scott is a low self-monitor which is noticeable in his way of dressing and his uniqueness as CEO hockey player. He dresses casually and he is the only CEO hockey player in Silicon Valley. This tendency helps him as the present CEO of Sun Microsystems in terms of flexibility, friendliness with others and employees with the result that he is number 244 on The Fortune 500.

3. Extraversion: 10 as he is outgoing and very sociable which is noticeable is his well behavior with his employees and his family.

Agreeableness: 10 as he is highly friendly, cooperative and trusting which is obvious in his CEO present position and friendliness with employees playing, having fun together.

Conscientiousness: 10 as he is highly responsible organized which is manifested in his high success as a Sun Microsystems CEO and also in his skillful separation of business and hobby.

Emotional stability: 10 as he is highly calm and self-confident which is clear in his family attachment, job satisfaction and employees' performance satisfaction.

Openness to experience: 10 since creativity and curiousity make him a successful person which is pointed in number 244 on The Fortune 500.

Scott with his leadership skills, determination, friendliness, business acumen, and ability to motivate those who work around him, he got potential to stay at the top of the executive ladder in the years ahead.
