In performance, the employee might apply these practices to assist them in meeting targets. Workers can then prepare an action plan and set a new goal. Employees are always happy when they attain a better and balanced work life.

Application of Six Sigma helps the organization to reduce project cycle time. Organizations will just form a team consisting of experienced employees from all levels in the organizations and the operational department (Hammer, 2002). The teams are then assigned to identify issues that could be affecting the project negatively. They are them supposes to get solutions for those challenges. These methods permit the organization to come up with shorter cycle time and works on them. Six Sigma help improve the firm's supply chain management by reducing the defect rates. [e]Businesses and production process possess features that can be analyzed, measured improved and then controlled. Attaining constant improvement in quality needs a commitment from the firm as whole especially top level management (Raisinghani et al., 2005).
