Smarts phone play a major key in society daily life, It is becoming one of the large businesses investment worldwide. Canadian market demand of data uses has extreme need of high speed broadband services that companies should provide to their costumers to remain strong and competitive to meet all kinds of segment trends. While Canada has only permit local companies to provide communication services, there is a plan by the federal government to open the communication industry to foreign investor to enter the Canadian wireless sector to provide service and experience. Which lead and give the small firms the opportunity to get capitals that will be fulfilled their need to come with better wireless speed and become competitive with the bigger companies.

Although, the foreign investment has not been approved by the federal government because it is against their rules and regulations of its major principle of protecting the local businesses interest and profit from been in a market with global competing which may lead to many consequences that effect those companies and to avoid any challenge may this trend my cause to Canada society. This decision will see the light soon, while the federal government is trying to address its rule and regulation in order to improve the major reason behind this new change and protect its local companies.

On the article it was mentioned that the government would release new license for frequency 10 MHz that the government will may make an open auction or it may it give a license for small companies as it did in the past. And one of Ottawa plans is to change the American frequencies such as 700 MHz to be able to improve the roaming use for Canadian costumer. This procedure by Ottawa will run many debate in order to come up with new polices that will help to place a successful auction.

According to Trichur (2011) Canadians' growing love affair with data-consuming mobile devices like smartphones, Internet sticks and tablets is putting tremendous bandwidth pressure on the wireless

Industry. (Trichur, 2011) Canadian use of data have been increase in this decade with new technology such as smartphone, tablet and other device that easy to travel with helped by high speed that have been provided by several companies, furthered more communication companies have used 700 MHz frequency to meet the potential speed that their consumer required for all purpose of use and all segment of costumer in every area that they settle in. While it been a controversy by politician to point out that such a service should be delivered to all residential area to get the advantage from the high speed of network as major service provider confirm that they consider urban and rural area should remain in use with high quality of broadband services.
