Toyota Motor Corporation which is an automobile industry manufacturing company, the largest car company in Japan, since 2008, Toyota motor Corporation become the first car manufacturers in the world Ranking. And the Toyota Motor Corporation means based in the future, confidence in the future and ambition. However the Toyota company's leader, Akio Toyoda who is the fourth generation of leader in Toyota Family. Akio Toyoda is a very intelligent man and also gets good ability, He tubes Asian central and South America market development, Toyota in foreign production has 3 million vehicles, which is equivalent to the output of the Honda. At the same time it is also because had such great production, just let Toyota in quantity to be the world first manufacturer. Using Daring and Leffel (2010) this essay will analyze the leadership style of Akio Toyoda and explain why these leadership styles will make him become effective.

Using Peter G (2007) this essay explain leadership is different people have different meaning; everyone on the definition of the leadership is not same. However managers are mainly to supervise and control staff, and managers are more concerned with the benefits of the company.

This kind of analysis and comparison tend to use accurate, deliberate, systematic way to as for a leading role. In addition, they do things usually before collecting a large amount of data to analyze. At the same time, the analytical people usually are industrious, objective, and have good ability of organization. Analytical leaders good control themselves and careful, also like to clear and order. General cases more formal. Analysis type leaders are good finding what they are good at career, engineering, accounting, finance and law and so on.
