I write the article on two contrasting businesses. One is public hospital called SGH Hospital , one is private hospital called Raffles Hospital. Following I will compare two hospital.

No upper limit. People who can buy shares : public ; business ; financial institutions. Most shares in a plc owned by organizations rather than individuals. Share bought the Stock Exchange. Share prices printed in national newspapers daily.SGH can expend by selling more shares. SGH is limited liability and has its legal status. Shareholders will appoint specialists to manage and run the company for them. SGH have some excellent doctors.

Raffles hospital is a private hospital

Have a good environment .Raffles hospital is limited liability Made up of people who know each other.People can buy shares in the company.But shares cannot be bought by the public.Owners control who buys the shares.Accounts of the company cannot be kept private. Raffles hospital can sell shares on stock exchange.Limited by artical of association as to type of business it can undertake.
