Why have you applied for year 11 at good Samaritan catholic college?

I have applied for year 11 at good Samaritan catholic college to further me academically, as well as give me an opportunity to ensure my future career choices  can be supported by the studies of senior school. Good Samaritan Catholic college through out year 7 to year 10 has helped me reach some set goals as an individual, Academically and personally, this ensures me that with a positive drive Good Samaritan catholic college can help me reach my absolute potential.

Why is it important to you to complete your senior studies in a catholic school?

It is important for me as individual to complete my senior studies in a catholic school because senior years are one of the most important parts of our schooling life and as a Christian it will help me to continue have a strong connection with God and seek for guidance as things may start to get hard.

What career are you interested in at the end on year 12:

 At the end of year 12 the career I would like to pursue in is immigration/ customs and border protection or a primary school teacher.

What have you done academically in year 10 which would suggest you will be committed to your studies in year 11?

Through out the course of year 10 I have ensured myself that every assignment and exam completed was done to the best of my ability and to keep a positive mindset as well try my best to be resilient when schooling life gets hard. Going forward to year 11 with these practices will ensure that I will be committed to my studies and be able to get past disappointment and think about how I can improve as well as learn from these situations.  

How would you expect senior study to be different from experience in years 7-10?

I would expect senior study to be different from experience in years 7-10 because you will need to be very focused academically and be mature enough to make decisions that will benefit you in all aspects of your schooling life. You would also need to be very sure to be cooperative as you are seen as a mature individual and need to be very cautious of your actions because you are also seen as a role model to the younger year groups.

What will your contribution to the college be in your senior year?

In my Senior years of Good Samaritan catholic college my contribution to the college will be to make sure to participate in all events I am capable of doing such as continue to represent the school in MISA sport and take part in the brekkie van which I have been excited to do in my senior years at this school.
