Workplace Communication Presentation

Good morning/ afternoon, everybody. Today I'm going to present our wonderful T-shirt design to you all.

We've tried our very best to meet the requirements of your company.

Firstly, the main idea of design is "LIFE". We want to remind people to enjoy their life with their friends and family and take care of each other to make their life better.

There are many people stand hand in hand with each other to form a circle on the T-shirt. People in the picture are different colour. It means they come from different part of the world. The message in this picture is encourage people be friendly to others from different places.

The backward of the T-shirts has two hands. The hand with dark-skinned represents people from LDCs, another one represents people from MDCs. This means people from distinct place take care of one another. Moreover, handshake is a seal of friendship.

The letters"JL", which represents Jenny and Leo Fashion Chain will appear in the backward of T-shirt, because T-shirt is used to the charity. If we put the logo in the front, teenagers may think it is profit-oriented and refuse to buy it.

We want keep the production cost as low as possible so there is no background colour of the design and all of figure is simple.

Secondly, how we can keep the promotion cost lower? We choose Internet as our promotion strategy , such as facebook and official website. Because we can save the cost of printing. Also, internet can target types of viewers in globe Twenty-four Seven and the latest news of the T-shirt can be timely. It is a cost-effective way to promote T-shirt.

Thirdly, let me introduce the sales promotion of T-shirt to you. We emphasize all profit from the sales would be donate to a local charity for children and the design of T-shirt is meaningful to attract people to buy T-shirt
