Introduction

During the past two weeks I have been doing extensive research on the demographics of the Advanced Business Writing class. The information that has been uncovered will help you to get to know the students as well as help you to better develop the class.

Action Taken

Next I read the individual autobiographies to determine what type of information each student was providing. * Marketing: 6

* Music Industry Management: 4

* Graphic Design: 3

* Criminal Justice: 3

* Advertising: 3

* Other: 17*

The most common goals of the students were to improve writing skills and to become a more professional writer to better prepare for future jobs. Nine students specified a goal of receiving an "A" for the class.

Conclusion

Since an overwhelming majority of students are juniors or older, they must
