Amazon.com addresses the use of database; some data management issues, and the association between Amazons data, their information and, knowledge. Amazon.com is the most popular Internet sellers of used and new books that have been in competition with Borders. The company advertises and offers discount book at different prices with true appreciation of the seller and the customer. Amazon.com has one of the largest product information databases across the global market. Amazon database system consists of over a thousand customers, sellers, products and, orders. The data in which the company collects is data information of pay agreement and category, browsing histories, and referrers. The majority of information Amazon collects is price information from sellers, the reviews and, the rankings. The clients and consumers uses Amazon database for reviews and to examine products, analyze and, compare prices and also customers and consumers uses the research tool to buy products from off the website. Problems with the company may arise with data management issue with using different kinds of product (Milliot2003). Amazon.com data begins with any transactions in inventories, commissary, and information about the sellers and buyers. The majority of consumers compare EBay to Amazon.com, making them competitive with the comparison to database management. Amazon uses their database to establish annual sale records for their day-to-day products, weekly products, and their monthly products, in which it help the company to conduct their inventory. Also Amazon information system is data that has been stored were the customers and other individuals can have direct access. For example Amazon has a site call "Where's my stuff" that will give the customers full access to locate his or her order. The IT infrastructure is critical to Amazon globally and web- based platform.

Amazon.com created a new business in the 1990s for Internet business ventures that uses the web for transaction. As consumers learn how to replace physical distance with the mouse clicks, The company created e-business and e-commerce logo that provide massive profiles for the online clearing house. Amazon.com is look at as an "e-tailor," a department that conducts business through the Internet only. The company does business over the web, there are no brick stores. The company sells different types of products, to selling clothing, to jewelry, selling food, and selling electronics. The fact of doing business over the over the web it is call e-business and e-commerce. Bezos establish the e-business model with product information that attract, design using professional photography and page layout that offers user-friendly experience.
