(Therefore, a young woman with a biological sister, mother, or other relative who suffers from an eating disorder is more than 10 times as likely to develop an eating disorder herself)

Strategies such as first addressing that the disorder might exist. Moreover changing how you think about yourself and food, starting to eat more food, and getting back to a healthy weight are just a few factors in starting treatment in anorexia.
