Costa Farms is a third generation, family owned business that holds 3,500 acres land and employs 2,800 people to supply bedding plants to farmers and indoor plants to wholesalers and retailers. Costa Farms is committed to maintain its high quality products with various indoor and outdoor plant selections to provide best value to the end customers. Its South Florida facility operates outdoor year-round owing to the opportune weather conditions, and its North Carolina facility also achieves year-round growing condition thanks to the advanced environmental control system. Costa Farms has facility and partners established in the Dominican Republic to growing young plants can be shipped and finished for sale in US. Its Far East facility that locates in Guangdong, China, contacts with local factories for gardening supplies with lower cost and overall satisfactory quality.

To an organization successful, Costa farms has its research and development to improve its product practices and create new genetics and technologies. As gardening company, Costa Farms is trying to cost-effective to be better survived in market. Automation is necessary to reduce labour cost and increase productivities. Information distribution system among its facilities will be valued as the products are planned based on the information. At last, the organization also place emphasizes the overseas plants and gardening supplies, which should has the best quality and come in time.
