Why Go with natural?

Nature and God intended for us to utilize the resources created by him. So why should we alter them? I have variety of ways to go green. Things from conserving and recycling to the products we use and in our food. Water is our biggest natural resource and a lot of our water resources have been wasted or polluted. I find it crucial to watch how we are treating our planet or we will soon find ourselves without the necessities we need just to survive. So I think we need to come together and contribute to saving our planet.

Products that are not natural are products that started out that way and we as humans alter it and try to make it better or last longer like food they process it to make it so it is non perishable. This can be a good thing to help us save food or can goods in harsh times were food is scarce. The problem I foresee is the material things such as plastic items and Styrofoam things that can be toxic and is not biodegradable. Many of these things are not needed and we won't die if we don't have them. They are harmful to the air and environment. Odds are we will not eliminate these things but there are options to recycle and buy recycled items cut down on plastic use and waste by reusing things also. In my life I have stayed with some families who are big on this they reused a lot of their items like milk for instance they would get at a farm crest were they reuse there milk jugs you bring them back when you are done they wash them and reuse them. They also conserve their water and only use what is needed examples of this would be turn off the water while brushing your teeth instead of letting the water keep running. When it comes to waste they would reuse plastic bottles and plastic containers from the store. They managed to get by with having no trash service. They would give dinner scraps to their animals. Some of the other things they did were conserve energy use very little to no lights during the day. By doing these things we are protecting our environment we can also save money also which we are all hurting for in this day in age.

Medicines and vitamins are also a big thing when it comes to natural. Natural remedies have been around for thousands of years according to medicine network forum admin on May 17, 2011. I think we do benefit from modern medicine but it can be hard to tell the long term effects. They also tend to have harsh side effects I think this is a way of our bodies telling us it is rejecting the foreign chemicals. Granted there are side effects and allergic reactions in nature's medicine I just think the side effects are not as harsh and our bodies are less likely to reject it. I think if you can avoid using harsh chemical medicine by using natural medicine it could be better for our bodies in the long run. We can also use natural products on our hair and skin to help from having skin rashes or dry hair from the harsh chemicals placed in certain products. This in turns keeps the outside of our bodies
