Although many companies operate different and have different mission, vision and goals; all companies have a code of conduct, core roles and ethical behaviors that must be follow in order to accomplish daily tasks and expectations. Following your beliefs and good values and morals determines the kind of individual each person is. Each of us has a story; a collection of strengths, experiences and perspectives that, when combined, make us unique and successful in our diverse working environment. The key for every company is having a diverse team within every individual they recruit providing equal opportunity for all individual who are interested in innovation, development and providing diverse opinions, ideas and suggestions for the success of the company.

For example, at McDonalds diversity is more than a policy or a rule; is the culture in which they operate in a daily basis with no discrimination against race, color, culture, sexual orientation, work experience, etc. Their mentality is that with a diverse culture their goals, objectives and vision to continue being the best foodservice retailer can be obtain while still focusing on delivering the best service possible for their customers and providing an ethical environment. McDonald's staff members contribute different experiences and ideas to every day process for bettering customers concerns and suggestions. Having a diverse team that understands the needs of every customer ensures profitability and a better service. Although, many organizations face many diversity issues related to gender, disabilities, age, race, religion, job experience, etc. McDonalds is an equal opportunity organization that operates with a diverse team that contributes their ideas, thoughts and opinions into every decision made for the restaurants daily objectives. McDonalds supports diversity in all organizations and believes that having different perspectives and opinions is what makes the company unique, more successful and competitive among others.
