Gen Final Project

I may use the study techniques recommended for my personality to function best in a distance learning environment by studying with my friends who are attending same college and classes.

By helping each other we will learn more together because there is some information she will know that I do not know. We both could help each other to understand the assignment better. If I do not understand an assignment given by the professor I will make sure I e-mail the professor for more detail. When we have discussion questions the whole class work together, which I, believe it helps me to understand my materials better. I have a daily planner which I keep track of my assignments and due dates to make sure it is never late.

Which techniques may I use to improve less developed areas or intelligences? I could do many different techniques to develop my weakness in less intelligence. I would work hard on the subjects that I am weak on. My weakness is that when I read it is hard for me to remember without taking notes. To improve myself I will read more and more every night or whenever I get a chance and I will try to understand while I am reading. I was afraid of big books because I thought I will not remember what I read. I have started to read more and bigger books. I still take notes when I am reading but not as much as I use to before.

What is importance of knowing my learning strengths in addition to those of my classmates?

My learning strength is that I pick up things quickly. Knowing your strength is a good thing. If you know you are strong in a certain subject than your classmate than I will be able to share my thoughts and knowledge with them. Of course if I am weak in a subject my classmates will be there to support me. When you have a great ability that is special than others you should share it with your classmates and your friends.

How may this knowledge be beneficial to collaborative work completed in an online learning environment?

This knowledge is very beneficial and helpful for online students.

Nobody is perfect in all subjects; by sharing your thoughts about an assignment with others you gain an extraordinary piece of information. You probably do not know the information that your online classmate shared with you. You could be weak in a subject where your online classmates would have better knowledge of the subject. You could request the classmate to tutor you on the specific subject so it will help be to build your knowledge and be more confident in yourself. I have learned a lot from my online classes that I did not know before. Most of all I have learned how to use my computer in a better way instead of just playing games on it. Online learning is not that difficult if you have your goals set up in your mind than this journey should be a piece a cake.
